Here at IFloPrinting we believe in customer satisfaction. However, because of the goods custom nature we are unable to refund you for products we built to your specifications. Before we begin working with raw materials and design plates we go through a three step process with each client no matter how big or small.

Step One: Communication
We communicate with each client to understand their vision.

Step Two: Mock Ups and Design Plates
We have a team of designers who are able to bring your vision to life using three-dimensional model mock ups showing you exactly how your product will look like upon completion.

Step Three: Proof Documents
Each customer for at least the first order of a certain product will receive a proof document showing them where everything will be printed, the size and other important information which has been given to us by the client. Once approved, and payment terms have been completed the project continues.

Why should I upload my current invoice?

Uploading your current invoice Maximizes your savings! Share your current invoice with us, this will enable us to see what materials are being used and your current cost . This valuable info lets us tailor our pricing, aiming to beat competitors and pass on savings of 5-10% to you. If you are getting over charged your new price will be far more then just a saving of 5-10%. Your budget-friendly print solution awaits!

What are HVB members?

High volume buyer members are customers who choose to fill out a form for a certain product they are interested in creating. For example, bottle labels they will have the option of making more than they need for example if you are using 10,000 labels a month the form will ask you to authorise IFloPrinting Corp. to create a 6 month supply for your custom label meaning 60,000 labels this will be beneficial because you will only have to pay for each label on delivery. However you will still be responsible for buying all stock created by IFloPrinting.

Why should I become a HVB?

High volume buyers get certain benefits for example because all their labels are now stocked no printing will be needed and we can offer a fast delivery time. We can also offer you better pricing on just large orders and free storage at one of our storage facilities. Due to the nature of how we make our labels turn around time can be longer than usual since we have a longer process to ensure customer satisfaction. We also use industrial printing presses which have more moving parts then your average print shop printer.
